Player Assistant
Shorecliffs Golf Club is hiring a friendly and dependable Player Assistant to help maintain an enjoyable pace of play and provide excellent customer service to our golfers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the pace of play throughout the course.
- Professionally assist groups that fall behind pace.
- Communicate course rules and policies to golfers.
- Help direct players to the correct starting holes.
- Report course issues or player concerns to the golf shop.
- Assist with tournaments and special events.
- Keep the course clean and presentable.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- Must be able to safely operate a golf cart.
- Weekend, holiday, and early-morning availability is required.

Outside Services Team Member
Shorecliffs Golf Club is hiring a hardworking and customer-focused Outside Services team member to assist golfers and keep daily golf operations organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet golfers and provide excellent customer service.
- Stage, clean, charge, and organize golf carts.
- Load and unload golf bags when needed.
- Direct golfers to the correct carts and starting holes.
- Maintain a clean and organized cart-staging area.
- Pick up trash and keep outside areas presentable.
- Communicate with the golf shop and Player Assistants.
- Assist with tournaments, cart signs, and special events.
- Complete additional outside-service duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Able to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Able to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Server – Shorecliffs Golf Club
Shorecliffs Golf Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Server to join our Food and Beverage team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent service to golfers, members, guests, and tournament participants while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Check on guests regularly and respond quickly to additional requests.
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, patios, and service stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down tournaments, banquets, and special events.
- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly.
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
- Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and beverages as needed.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when assistance is needed.
- Work cooperatively with other team members during busy service periods.
- Complete opening, closing, and assigned side-work duties.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Shorecliffs Golf Club positively.
Qualifications
- Previous serving, restaurant, banquet, or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
- Food Handler Card and responsible beverage-service certification may be required.
