APPETIZERS

  • Smoked Salmon Toast Points w/ Caviar, Mascarpone Cream Cheese, Capers, Sweet Maui Onion, and Lemon Zest
  • Double Cream Burrata w/ Sliced Heirloom Tomatoes, Pesto, EV Olive Oil, and Balsamic Glaze
  • Mini Beef Wellingtons w/ Plum Hoisin Sauce

  • CRAB STUFFED JUMBO PRAWNS – Served on a bed of Angel Hair w/ Tarragon, Sherry Cream Sauce.
  • OVEN ROASTED FILET MIGNON – w/ Chianti and Truffle Veal Stock
    Reduction
  • SEAFOOD LASAGNA – Crab, Lobster, and Shrimp, w/ a Lobster Bisque and Pesto Bechamel Sauce. Served with Garlic Baguette
